Replacement Policy for OrderOye
At OrderOye, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. To ensure your satisfaction, we have outlined our Replacement Policy below:
Customers are encouraged to inspect their purchased products immediately upon delivery. If you notice any defect, damage, or issue with the product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a replacement:
The issue must be reported within 3 days of product delivery.
The product must be in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt).
Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence will not be eligible for replacement.
Once the issue is reported within the 3-day period:

Upon approval, we will replace the product within 7 days.
If the issue is reported after the 3-day inspection period, the product will not be eligible for replacement.
Products without original packaging or proof of purchase cannot be processed for replacement.
